Our beautiful crochet Moses basket is designed for your baby's calm and restful sleep. All our crochet baskets are handmade using a premium quality 100% cotton yarn and finished with a foam mattress safe for newborns.
You can rest assured our crochet Moses basket is safe for your little one from their very first day. All materials meet the safety standards required for baby products. The cotton yarn is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, testifying the absence of any harmful substances in the production.
The crocheting method of 9mm cotton cord creates a sturdy Moses basket, a safe and pleasant environment for your little one to sleep and rest. The bottom of the basket is made of wood for extra support; it's smooth and not painted. It ensures that your baby sleeps on a flat, firm surface as advised by the Lullaby Trust. Our Moses basket can be used on its own or with a Moses basket stand that can be purchased separately here. Please note, the stands we sell is different to the stand in the pictures.
For extra protection for the mattress, we also offer a removable, washable fitted sheet and a waterproof mattress protector.

General Advice: When choosing a Moses basket, ensure it provides a snug, cosy environment and is breathable. A firm mattress is vital for safe sleep. Moses baskets are suitable from birth up to around 6 months of age and max. 9kg of weight. When your baby starts rolling over and/or can sit up, then Moses basket is no longer recommended.
